Team Executive Coaching

In our new virtual reality, with most managers and executives working remotely, it is harder than ever to build a cohesive and productive team. Working with your team we will work through four key areas. 

• Clarify mission: I will work with your team to get crystal clear on mission critical goals and objectives. 

• Commit: Once we know what we are supposed to do, how do we commit to the mission to make it ours and align it with our collective values, goals, roles and process. 

• Create: The group will give voice to the norms regarding  how to collectively work together for mutual accountability and cooperation.  

• Connect: Finally we will work together to help the team bond around shared values and trust, while also looking for paths to engage externally with critical stakeholders. 

Group Peer Coaching: Coming Soon

Gather with a small group of peers in a confidential, and supportive environment. Group coaching provides a facilitated space for members to voice their most difficult challenges and receive realtime feedback. Group coaching is perfect for young leaders looking for a way to make connections, while also finding a path towards career advancement.
