My approach is grounded in real experience gained from years spent in corporate America, consulting, mental health, and as a coach. We will build a relationship based on confidence and trust. Our coaching conversations allow you to consider how you are working, and find new intentionality. As a confidential resource, I will be your mirror, listen, and help you find a way towards greater productivity.You will enhance your leadership ability and capacity, communicate more effectively, engage your team, and achieve focused results.

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work, holding two Masters’ Degrees, in Social Work and Business Administration. In addition, I am accredited as a Professional Certified Coach, PCC, with the International Coach Federation. I am licensed as a Certified Behavior Analyst, a Korn Ferry™ 360 certified coach, and trained to administer the Strengths Deployment Inventory (TotalSDI).

Commit: Once we know what we are supposed to do, how do we commit to the mission to make it ours and align it with our collective values, goals, roles and process.
Create: The group will give voice to the norms regarding how to collectively work together for mutual accountability and cooperation.
Connect: Finally we will work together to help the team bond around shared values and trust, while also looking for paths to engage externally with critical stakeholders.
Group Peer Coaching: Coming Soon
Gather with a small group of peers in a confidential, and supportive environment. Group coaching provides a facilitated space for members to voice their most difficult challenges and receive realtime feedback. Group coaching is perfect for young leaders looking for a way to make connections, while also finding a path towards career advancement.
